DeLaCerda House, Inc. (DLCH) provides housing and support services for people living with HIV/AIDS or special needs.

DLCH offers Robb’s House (RH), which is a transitional group home providing safe, secure and comfortable housing for individuals with HIV/AIDS who otherwise would be homeless. Clients at RH who are unable to secure appropriate housing and social services for themselves have access to advocacy services. The goal is to stabilize the residents physically, emotionally and spiritually so they can live independently again.
