Iowa Supreme Court Unanimously approves Same Sex Marriage

Today the Iowa Supreme Court UNANIMOUSLY held that the ban on marriage for same-sex couples violates the Iowa Constitution.

Equality Illinois and Out & About Illinois salutes the Court's courage in doing its duty to secure the equal protection of law.
