One of the oldest and best alternative nightclubs in Central Illinois, The Bistro features great nightly drink specials with some of the best DJs and bartenders in town. We start the weekend early on Fridays at 4:30 p.m. Every other night we open at 8 p.m. Sorry, Sundays are our day to recover.
